You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes to learn about The Cured Crow and to request our services. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way.

Submitting our contact form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we respond and agree on the details with you directly. Availability, dates, and pricing are confirmed by us and are subject to change until confirmed. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.

Menu items, ingredients, and prices are subject to change and availability. Listed prices are a starting point and may vary based on your event, order size, customization, and travel.

Food allergy notice. Our products contain and are prepared around common allergens, including (but not limited to) milk, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat/gluten, soy, and eggs. Items may come into contact with these allergens during preparation, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. If you or your guests have a food allergy or dietary restriction, you are responsible for informing us in advance, and you assume the risk associated with consuming our food.

All content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics, the The Cured Crow name, and logo, is owned by The Cured Crow or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

This site links to and embeds third-party services, such as Google Maps and Google Calendar, and may link to social media. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cured Crow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in good faith between the parties before pursuing formal legal remedies.
