Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you submit our contact / booking request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), event date, event type, guest count, event location, and any message or details you include.

Information collected automatically. Our website does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. Third-party content we embed (see “Maps and calendar features” below) may collect data directly.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use the information you provide only to:

• respond to your inquiry and provide quotes;
• coordinate and fulfill catering or event requests;
• follow up with you about your request; and
• keep records of our communications and bookings.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Our contact form is processed and delivered to us by Web3Forms, which forwards your submission to our email inbox (hosted by Google). Your information is shared with these service providers only to deliver your message to us. We encourage you to review their privacy practices.

Our Events page embeds Google Maps to show event locations and offers “Add to Calendar” links (including Google Calendar). When an embedded map loads, or when you use a Google Calendar link or “Get Directions,” Google may receive your IP address and set cookies in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. The “Apple / Outlook (.ics)” option downloads a calendar file directly to your device and does not share your information with us or third parties.

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain reasonable business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us by emailing thecuredcrow@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Minnesota residents. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to know what we hold and to request its correction or deletion. Contact us at the email above to exercise any such rights, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
