The Cured Crow started the day Tarin decided to stop building someone else's dream and start building her own.
“I could always cook for someone else, but I wanted to pick what I love.”
For two decades, Tarin worked in the same industry to pay the bills, pouring her energy into someone else's business. But she always dreamed of owning a food truck and working for herself. Charcuterie was the thing she truly wanted to pour herself into: beautiful, hand-built, and endlessly creative.
Today, every cup and every spread that leaves The Cured Crow is packed with quality ingredients, a little creativity, and a whole lot of heart, with one simple goal: to make you smile and send you off with something delicious.
