The Cured Crow started the day Tarin decided to stop building someone else's dream and start building her own.
“I could always cook for someone else, but I wanted to pick what I love.”
For twenty years, Tarin poured her energy into someone else's business while holding onto a dream of creating something of her own. Armed with a culinary degree and a passion for crafting beautiful, flavorful experiences, she knew she wanted to put her skills to work doing what she truly loved.
Charcuterie was the answer.
After one especially long day, with encouragement from her partner, Tarin took a leap of faith. She bought the trailer, put in her notice, and never looked back. Today, she's finally putting her culinary training to its fullest use, creating handcrafted charcuterie cups and grazing experiences that reflect the things that matter most to her: quality, creativity, and a whole lot of heart.

When she's not running the trailer, Tarin is out chasing the next adventure with her partner/best friend and their three dogs who, admittedly, consume most of her free time.
